On Wednesday a plenary session takes place in Brussels. On the agenda is Commission president Jean-Claude Juncker’s investment plan which intends to invest €315 billion in the private and public sectors with the aim of boosting growth and jobs in Europe. Commission and Council representatives are due to discuss the plan with MEPs.
In addition, plenary discusses new EU-wide anti-terrorism measures with representatives of the Commission. Also on the agenda will be the roadmap for reaching a global climate agreement in Paris by the end of 2015.
